ClearTech Inc. (“ClearTech” or “Us”) is committed to your right to privacy. Protecting our Users' privacy is a core value of ClearTech, and we take precautions to ensure the protection of our users' personal data as well as to comply with applicable privacy and data protection legislation. We respect the fact that our users' personal data is their own, and have implemented mechanisms to ensure you have control over your data.

This Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) which is incorporated by reference in our Terms of Use (“Terms”), governs the processing and transfer of data collected in connection with our website, available at: https://www.clear-tech.co/ (“Site”) and of our app, available at App Store and Google Play (“App”), and the services available through them, provided by ClearTech (“Services”). Any capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms.

We may update the Privacy Policy from time to time, the last and updated version is reflected in the "Last modified" heading above. In the event of a material change we will make best efforts to provide a written notification through the App or the Website.

You are not required by law to provide us with any Personal Data. Sharing Personal Data with us is entirely voluntary. However, if you choose to use the Site, App and/or Services, or otherwise provide data to us, you explicitly agree to the use of such data in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

​Our Services are not direct or intended for children, as follows: (i) US residents under 13 years of age; (ii) EU residents under 16 years of age; or (iii) as children are otherwise defined under applicable law. We will not knowingly solicit, collect and store Personal Data directly from children. If you are under 18, please be sure to read the terms of this Privacy Policy with your parents or legal guardians. If we later obtain actual knowledge that a User is considered as a child under applicable law, we will take steps to immediately delete its Personal Data. We request that such individuals do not provide Personal Data through the app. If you become aware or have any reason to believe that a child has shared any information with us, please contact us.

 

LAWFULNESS:

  1. When you register, we process your Personal Data in order to perform our contract with you;

  2. When visitors access our website or App we may collect certain online identifiers which we have a legitimate interest in processing, some of this data is processed by our third party partners; or

  3. We process Personal Data you voluntarily share with us, such as your contact list, or, we process this data subject to your consent

 

DATA COLLECTION:

By using the app we may be exposed to certain data which we process, store and use. This data includes: un-identified and non-identifiable information (“Non-Personal Data”), or identifiable information, namely information that identifies an individual or may with reasonable effort identify an individual (“Personal Data”), all as detailed here:

Type of Data: We collect technical information transmitted by your device, including certain software and hardware information (e.g. the type of browser and operating system) language preference, access time and your usage of the app.

How do we use it: We use this information for functionality and to provide you with a better user experience.

 

Type of Data: We, or third parties on our behalf (i.e., Google Analytic), collect information about your use of the app or website. This data includes online identifiers such as IP.

How do we use it: This information is collected for fixing errors and bugs as well as for research and analytics purposes.

 

Type of Data: When you sign-up you will be asked to provide us certain details about yourself, such as your email address and name. Alternatively, you may register through your social network account in which we will have access to basic information from your social network account, such as your name and email address as available on such account.

How do we use it: We will use this information to provide our services and open your account and to perform our contract with you.

 

Type of Data: To enable the contact managing services, sync and backed up, you will need to share with us your full contact list (i.e. address book).

How do we use it: We will use this information, solely upon your explicit consent and to provide you with the services.

 

Type of Data: If you use the premium features, you will be required to process the payment through in-app payment methods. We do not collect any payment information.

How do we use it: The payment information is subject to the applicable app store policies which we recommend you review.

 

Type of Data: If you contact us, we will have your name and email address.

How do we use it: We will use this information solely to provide you with the support you have requested.

HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION ​

There are four main methods we may use to collect information about you:

  • We collect information automatically.

  • We collect information which you provide us voluntarily.

  • We collect information through third parties cookies, SDKs or APIs implemented within our App and Website, as detailed below.

COOKIES

We may use third party services for performance tracking and measurement which may collect statistical data, online identifiers and analytic data:

You may at any time block the cookies, but please be aware that such blocking may prevent Us from providing some or all of the Services to You. These cookies help us track how visitors use the Site, App and our Services and improve them.

SHARING DATA

We do not share your Personal Data with third parties except: (i) affiliates and business partners; (ii) our subsidiaries; (iii) subcontractors and other third party service providers; (iv)any potential purchasers or investors of the Company. We may disclose your information to third parties when you consent to a particular disclosure. Please note that once we share your information with another company, that information becomes subject to the other company’s privacy practices. We may also disclose Personal Data, or any information you submitted via the Services if we have a good faith belief that disclosure of such information is helpful or reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with any applicable law or governmental request; (ii) enforce our policies; (iii) investigate, detect, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities or other wrongdoing, suspected fraud or security issues; (iv) to establish or exercise our rights to defend against legal claims; (v) prevent harm to the rights of us, our users, yourself or any third party.

Non-Personal Data, aggregate and statistical or otherwise anonymized data may be shared without limitation with third parties at our discretion. This information does not contain any Personal Data and is used to develop content and services for our Users and customers.

 

DATA RETENTION

We reserve the right to retain any Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary in order to: (i) fulfill the Services described herein; (ii) in the defense or assertion of legal claims and liability; (iii) for the analysis and improvement of the Services; and (iv) to comply with applicable law. Non-Personal Data and anonymized data may be retained by us without limitation.

 

USER RIGHTS

Reviewing and amending your Personal Data. You are entitled to review your Personal Data. You may exercise this right by sending us a request in connection with your Personal Data.  In the event any Personal Data is incorrect or outdated, you may update and correct such data by providing Us with appropriate notification.  

 

Right of erasure and restriction. You may also be entitled request the erasure or the restriction of your Personal Data, and we will comply with such requests, to the extent required under applicable law.  

 

Portability of Personal Data. To the extent applicable to you and to the Services, you may request the portability of your Personal Data, and we will comply with such requests, to the extent required under applicable law.

 

INFORMATION SECURITY 

We take great care in implementing and maintaining the security of the Services and your information. We employ industry standard procedures and policies to ensure the safety of your information, and prevent unauthorized use of any such information. However, these measures are unable to provide absolute information security. Therefore, although efforts are made to secure your personal information, it is not guaranteed and you cannot reasonably expect that the Site and its related databases will be immune from any wrongdoings, malfunctions, unauthorized interceptions or access, or other kinds of abuse and misuse. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Since we operate globally, it may be necessary to transfer your Personal Data to countries outside the European Union. The data protection and other laws of these countries may not be as comprehensive as those in the European Union − in these instances we will take steps in accordance with applicable law, including by providing adequate protections, or otherwise implementing appropriate safeguards to ensure the protection of our Users' rights.
